1. If you receive a product that appears to have been 'damaged in transit' - that is from us to you, you should-
   a) refuse to accept delivery of the product
   b) direct the courier to "return goods to sender"
   c) notify M8R8 logistics department immediately
2. We support your claim if your item is damaged in transport you must provide sufficient proof of damage via email to service@m8r8au.com. The proof should include pictures of the damages on the product and box.
3. Please NOTIFY US WITHIN 24 HOURS after receiving a damaged goods, it's a set time from our courier company to accept damage claim. Because if not, M8R8 will not guarantee the claim will be valid.
4. Freight charges are non refundable if your item is found to be damaged in transit. The buyer must with in 7 days return item at their expense and m8r8 will replace the same or similar item and transport at its own expense back to customer or refund the purchase price less original freight, paypal and handling cost.

NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, simply notify us in writing via email and return your purchase to us in the original manufacturers packaging along with all parts, accessories, and paperwork within 7 days for a refund of the purchase price, less the Shipping charges, eBay fees and PayPal fees. M8R8 will not accept the return of used items

DEFECTIVE RETURNS: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact service@m8r8au.com within 7 days of delivery. Please supply us with your order number or item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover all replacement costs if any damage is at our fault.

Leather Sofas
　M8R8 “1 year leather warranty and 3 years framework warranty” applies only to items used under normal household conditions. It does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, incorrect assembly, improper and irregular maintenance, or accident or collision. Whether a claim is covered under the warranty will have to be established on a case by case basis.

Ourdoor Furniture
　M8R8 “1 year leather warranty and 5 years framework warranty” applies only to items used under normal household conditions. It does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, incorrect assembly, improper and irregular maintenance, or accident or collision. Whether a claim is covered under the warranty will have to be established on a case by case basis.

Massage Chairs
　This product is covered with 1 year Manufacturer's warranty. We warrant that all products are brand new and free from defective material and defective workmanship, and we agree to replace or repair any part that proves to be defective. However, this warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, incorrect assembly, improper and irregular maintenance, or accident or collision.

Surfboard
　This product is covered with a 90 days Manufacturer's warranty as surfboards are consumable goods.
