  1. The standard manufacturing process takes between 5 to 6 weeks. This time is given to you as a guide only and is subject to change at any time, especially during holidays.
  2. M8R8 will not be held responsible for delays beyond our control including delays in shipping or discontinued materials, transport difficulties, and staff problems.
  3. Delays in materials(leather/fabric/wicker etc) availability are a common occurrence. If the materials you have chosen are out of stock for long periods of time or discontinued you can either wait for out of stock materials or select another materials to the same value as your order.
  4. When the item is ready, it will be dispatched as soon as the payment is confirmed.
  5. Once dispatch has been arranged, tracking information will be sent to every customer via email. Buyer is responsible for sending the correct delivery address and a contact number (mobile number preferred) for delivery purpose. We will not take responsibility for delay in delivery due to incorrect information provided.
  6. We are not in a position to guarantee delivery time, nor do we have control of it in a certain circumstances. Under unusual circumstances, delay could occur due to factors out of our control such as back order from manufacturer or shipping carrier delay or delivery failure, such delay shall not hold us liable for any consequence caused by the delay. However, as a business, we fully understand the importance of prompt delivery and would strive to do our best.
  7. If your home, office or delivery location is greater than 2 flights of stairs, please add an extra fee of $35 for time and special handling charge.
  8. If you are not home to receive goods, second time delivery may attract extra courier fees.
  9. Pick ups are welcome via appointment, a $25 warehouse handling fee is payable on all pick ups. Please make sure you have an extra helping hand as M8R8 staff will be limited to help lifting lounge sets.
  10. Pickups are available 4 days per week via appointment. Our trading hours are: 10:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Please notify us clearly if you'd like to pick up. Please DO show the confirmation letter to our M8R8 logistics, if not, M8R8 logistics reserves the right to reject this pickup.
  11. We will notify you within 48-72 hours after we confirm the exact date of item arrival. Please note: your item must be picked up, i.e., either you pick up it from our warehouse, or you’ve paid delivery and we arrange delivery for you, within 5 working days from that day, or there is a $30 per day charge for storage. If you did not contact us or pay the balance within 10 working days after our final notice of order arrival. As a result, we have the right the cancel the order and storage fee will be deducted from your deposit.
 
  Massage Chair

  1. Please Note: this item ships ONLY within Australia. Please DON'T bid if you are not in Australia. M8R8 reserves the right to charge a 10% reinsertion fee if NON-Australia buyer wins the auction without notifying us prior to bidding.
  2. Pick ups are welcome via appointment, if you decide to pick up, there will be a $15 warehouse handling fee payable on all transaction. Please do show the confirmation letter to our M8R8 logistics, if cutsomer does not bring the confirmation letter, M8R8 logistics reserves the right to reject this pickup.
  3. Because we use Direct Frieght Express to make delivery and item needs to be signed, we do not post to POBOX. Please supply correct information to our logistic department, M8R8 will not be responsible for any delays as a result
  4. Please provide the correct delivery address while you run our Checkout process, which is the sole valid address we will use when arranging delivery. We will not be responsible for out of date or incorrect shipping information.
  5. All items will be shipped out within 24-48 hours after the payment is confirmed. Tracking number will be sent to the buyer as soon as delivery is arranged.
  6. Our freight normally take between 2-4 working days unless public holidays are in question and may be delayed 1 or 2 days.
  7. All items shipped need to be covered by insurance.
